Do not trust this company. I submitted my claim over 1.5 years ago. At one point, Compensair officially confirmed to me in writing that my compensation had been agreed upon. However, I have still not received a single penny.Instead of paying out my money, they are trapping me in an endless cycle of corporate stalling tactics. Every few months, they reset their timeline, give me a new 2-to-3-month deadline, and claim they are moving to a "new stage." The stage changes constantly, but the outcome is always the same: no money, no transparent updates, and no real customer support.This is incredibly deceptive behavior. Holding onto a client's agreed funds for 18 months while feeding them rolling excuses is unacceptable. I have now issued a formal letter before action and am escalating this company directly to UK Trading Standards and Action Fraud.Avoid Compensair at all costs. Find a company that actually passes your money along instead of playing games for over a year!
