Never received my purchase, and Roborock won't help at all
Bought a robot worth over $1000, and never received it. The shady shipping company they use couldn't produce any proof of delivery, like a picture, and Roborock just doesn't care about it. They told me that if you don't receive a package, it's not their problem, and that fact is actually in their policy. Their customer support is terrible, and they only care about your payment.
