The flight attendants Masiba and Tanzim were extremely courteous and humane. I am a wheel chair pax and I recvd great care. Flew from Bom to Gox by 5177. On landing at Gox a pax dropped his cabin baggage (large enough to be check in) which landed on my legs and gave me two large cuts. This was bleeding profusely. One of the attendants rushed with done first aid which helped to reduce the bleeding. I went through a months treatment in goa to get the wounds healed. Care should be taken to assure that such huge baggage should not be permitted in the cabin. My sincere and grateful thanks and gratitude to the flight attendant. God bless you.
