This is the second time I’ve purchased a HOCO dress online for my daughter. The first experience through a different company was seamless- dress arrived and it fit perfectly. Ordered the strapless cheetah HOCO dress in a size 4. I received an email requesting the exact measurements of my daughter so I sent them to Lisa as requested. The dress arrived about 1.5-2 weeks later and the dress is way too big. Not even close to the measurements I sent and Fancy Vestido won’t refund my money starting since it’s a custom made dress I can’t return it. I ordered it in a specific size, FV is the one who reached out to me requesting the measurements. Now I’m out the whole price of the dress and stuck trying to find one with HOCO being a weak way. Buyer beware!!!
