VACUUM STOPPED WORKING / LOSING Wi-Fi I purchased this Roborock vacuum and it worked perfectly for about two years, with no issues. It did exactly what I programmed it to do and performed very well. Then, after two years of relatively light use 50 min program, it suddenly stopped working properly. The vacuum now loses its Wi-Fi connection and stops just 6 inches from its charging base, even though my router is only about 12 inches away. What’s even more frustrating is the lack of meaningful support from customer service. Instead of helping troubleshoot or find a reasonable solution, I was essentially told to buy a new one. A household appliance that costs this much should not be treated as a disposable product after only two years of use. I expected much better reliability and customer support from Roborock. Think twice before investing in this brand. A robot vacuum is supposed to make your life easier not create another problem to deal with. Unfortunately, this experience has been a complete let-down.
