Has anyone successfully received a refund???
Has anyone successfully received a refund from Rotimatic? I purchased my Rotimatic on 7 February 2026. Unfortunately, after waiting for months and after several promised delivery timelines were not met, I finally requested cancellation on 11 July 2026. Rotimatic confirmed on 21 July 2026 that my cancellation had been successfully processed and advised that my refund would be received within 30 business days. That timeframe has now passed, and I still haven’t received my refund. I have sent numerous follow-up emails, but now I’m not receiving any response. Has anyone else experienced this and successfully received their money back? If so, please let me know what worked for you — did you raise a bank dispute/chargeback or take another route? I would really appreciate any advice. Thank you.
