I bought a phone case for my Samsung s26+, the price, around £12 was reasonable but not cheap, when I received the item it was of poor quality and the smart view case , simply did not work, it asked for me to download an app, which I did, and still did not work, so the price I paid for the folding case was far too high for what it was worth. They constantly asked for a screenshot of the download, and other photos of a case which was not as described. I contacted light in the box, and they would not offer a full refund, which is what you would expect from a company selling its goods worldwide for a product which was not functioning as described, instead they offered me, first 50%, and for me to pay for postage and packing for the return and then £9.99 and again for me to pay for p+p. Which was very disappointing and what I think unfair. I would be very wary of purchasing anything from them in the future, especially with regards to their refund policy.
