Do NOT shop at this store!!!!

Do NOT shop at this store!!!!! An absolute joke if you need/want to return something. Over a dozen emails back and forth, forced to jump through obscene hoops, damn near forced to try on the shirts and take pictures to prove they don't fit. Ordered three shirts based on THEIR sizing chart. Looked like Baby Huey they were so tight. Package came from Wood Dale, IL, USA. Companies own profile says it's a United States based company, but... they force you to return the merchandise to CHINA! Why China you ask? Because the want to force you to pay as much as possible for shipping because they know that it doesn't make economic sense. From their email response: "Please note that the responsibility for return postage lies with you. ... Return postage for 1-2 kg package: $10-$40.... If the postage exceeds half of the item price amount, kindly reconsider the previous keep solutions or reach out to us." What 'previous keep solutions' you ask? They'll start out at about 50% discount to keep the items, then slowly increase it to 60%... So basically, 'We'll give you a discount to keep the items that don't fit because we don't want to be inconvenienced and lose money." They don't f'n fit! That's the whole point of returning them. And, oh, once again, I used YOUR sizing chart. Then they wanted me to take pictures of the sizing chart. Then they wanted me to lay out the shirts and take pictures with a measuring tape to prove the measurements.... Are you bloody serious!? NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN will I order anything from this joke of a store, and I STRONGLY recommend that you don't either. Obscenely unrofessional and unethical. 5-star reviews my a**. A complete scam. Everyone in the company left a review maybe. When you research the company and you find extensive criticism of the following, how likely is it that that they have more 5-star reviews than 1-star reviews? Hummmm. Common Complaints: Expensive and Difficult Returns: Customers on [ConsumerAffairs] and the [Better Business Bureau] report that returning items requires shipping them back to China at the buyer's expense, making refunds financially unviable. Sizing Inaccuracies: Clothes frequently do not match standard US/EU measurements, RUNNING TOO SMALL or inconsistently sized. Delayed Shipping: Delivery times often exceed the initial estimates shown at checkout, taking several weeks rather than a few days. CUSTOMER SERVICE RESISTENCE: Support agents are frequently reported to offer partial discounts (such as a 50% refund) rather than approving full returns or providing clear return labels. A ton of documentation from my experience. Delivered on 9/8/26. Immediately contacted the company on 9/9/26. Spend the next 10 DAYS going back and forth with these people. Then I was curious (already knowing what they were going to do) what the return shipping address was. And sure enough, in another country. Yet, again, the package was mailed from two states over in the states.
