Travelled from tiruchendur to banglore on 9/September in rihan travel. Bus arrived to my stop 2 hours delay. Have raised complaint in redbus to refund ticket money since as per PRIMO commitment if bus gets delayed beyond 1 hour then we get refund of ticket amount. inspite of complaints and customer support calls no response from redbus team and am a regular user of redbuss
