1 Star – Extremely Disappointing and Unacceptable Service We paid ₹7,250 for a Bangalore to Jaipur bus ticket for a 95-year-old senior citizen. After taking the full fare, the destination was changed at the last moment from Jaipur to Jodhpur, creating huge inconvenience and stress for an elderly passenger. If you are charging ₹7,250 for Bangalore–Jaipur, you are responsible for providing the service that was actually booked and paid for. Changing the destination at the last moment, especially for a 95-year-old passenger, is completely unacceptable. The lack of proper communication, responsibility and consideration for senior citizens is extremely disappointing. Customers pay for a specific destination and should not be forced to accept a major change at the last moment. ₹7,250 is not a small amount. We expect accountability, transparency and proper customer service. I would strongly recommend that the company explain why the destination was changed and provide an appropriate refund/compensation for the inconvenience caused. Very poor experience. Completely unacceptable service.
