Jovs warranty
Hello. I am writing today to thank JOVS for their reply to my warranty replacement of my neck RLT/NIRT mask. I believe this mask and my face mask have been really helpful in my facial/ neck routine. SO, when all of the sudden some of the lights stopped working in my neck mask, I contacted them. I was instructed in what needed to happen to get a replacement neck mask. I followed their procedure (contact their website warranty email due to the 1 yr.warrranty,and sent in reqired video of the problem and now will receive a replacement neck mask. I am very thankful and am looking forward to receiving my replacement. I also look forward in the future to purchase some of their other products.
