ZERO SERVICE, LIES & DECEPTION - MERELY CHASING REVENUE
Ordering parts logged in under Australia and showing in stock to immediately find coming out of China is deceptive and a lie. Then taking weeks to get part order with no ETA on the bulk of items. No response to emails nor online chat and needing to send an ACCC threat which results in an immediate reply advising stocks being issued. Then getting 2 of the 3 outstanding items and then advised some 6wks later we have refunded your money for the battery and source it locally. I'd never recommend SmallRig nor buy from them again!
