Bad customer service
They do not have an email to contact. I use the Instagram messages and they do not care. They have just left me on seen!! It is a lot of money to not have any offical communication route. I tried there watts-app but it never worked! Horrible! Don’t do it. It’s not worth it FYI- the company message me on insta to delete this review on the 15/10/2026 because they are a small business. I said I am still not happy about the whole experience and I thought I was getting scammed. It was a lot of money to have to struggle to get into contact. I am not deleting this review ever!
