Exceeded My Expectations
One of the products had a defect after 6 months of use, the neck and chest mask to be exact. I reached out to JOVS and their response was immediate! They offered to ship out a new one once I provided them with a photo of the defective one. It is very rare to have a company resolve an issue so quickly. I honestly thought I would have to repeatedly reach out them. They exceeded my expectations!
