I recently ordered a pair of Jovs shorts and couldn't get them to function properly as one side would spark, but the other side wouldnt. I reached out to customer support and they were very proactive in resolving the issue. They sent another pair to cover the faulty one. I loved that they aim to keep their customers happy!
