ESim receive delay
Bought a sim for $24 Order number 917734 Still didn't receive my sim card, order placed and got confirmation email at 12:45pm CT USA. Still waiting on the order to be fullfilled, its been 2 hours and no activation email yet. Been trying to contact whatsapp customer support, no reply no matter how many times I keep sending them messages. Emailed them as well, no response. The website says instant response should've been received for activation email, this is not good. Edit: Received the QR code and sim installation worked properly at 3:20pm CT USA (2hrs 35min) later. Will change to 4 stars after landing in usa and sim works properly Edit2: Honoring what I said before, the sim is working properly since landing in USA, the delay was still disappointing and worrying but everything is working as expected right now.
