Exceptional Customer Service! I had issues with multiple failed batteries on my LEFEET DPVs, but their customer service team was top-notch throughout the entire process. Communication was prompt, professional, and consistent. After working through the troubleshooting with them, they replaced all three batteries free of charge. I am thoroughly impressed with their responsiveness and how generously they resolved the issue. Shout out to Lilly! Highly recommended!
