Worst airline ever
Worst airline ever. Crew members are very rude across all indigo flights. They do not have proper justification for why the flight gets delayed. We will have our day planned based on what time we reach our destination and they just dont understand. Very inconsiderate. Crew members must really be trained properly to treat customers properly and be polite, one small question and they get triggered. Akasa air is so much better.
