I recently purchased the JOVS 6D Laser Mask and have had a great experience with it so far. The mask itself has been great, and I’m really happy with my purchase. I did have an issue with the remote shortly after receiving it, but I was very impressed with JOVS customer service. They were quick to respond, very communicative throughout the process, and made getting a replacement remote easy and hassle-free. Overall, I’ve had a really positive experience with both the product and the customer service.
