SCAM! Do NOT buy from Exclusivia
Do NOT buy from Exclusivia. I ordered dining chairs, and after months of total non-delivery, they failed to deliver the goods while providing constant false updates, fake promises, and ridiculous excuses. When I requested a refund, they completely ignored my messages and refused to return my money. We were forced to buy replacement chairs elsewhere after being left without furniture for months. I have now lodged a fraud dispute with my bank and Visa and reported them to consumer protection authorities. Absolute scam, save your money and stay far away!
