SCAMMER CUSTOMER SERVICE
I got charged twice for a single flight Delhi to Dharamshala back in May. Despite showing all the proofs to their ridiculous customer service I am still not getting my refund. We exchanged more than 80 emails most of which were just useless copy and paste replies from their side. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. APPALLING SERVICE AND SCAMMERS.
