Terrible Product and Non-Existent Support – Do Not Buy!
I am writing this review to strongly advise everyone to stay away from Rotimatic. Buying this machine has been nothing but a frustrating and expensive mistake. The nightmare started right from the beginning with a incredibly long wait just for the machine to arrive. Once it finally delivered, it worked decently for about six months, though it wasn’t without its flaws. During those first few months, we frequently experienced issues like the transfer arm getting stuck and a few other minor technical glitches. We tolerated it because we just wanted the machine to work. Now, the machine is completely useless. The transfer arm constantly gets stuck in the back position, making it impossible to make any rotis. We have tried troubleshooting and fixing it multiple times following all instructions, but the problem refuses to go away. What makes this situation even worse is Rotimatic's pathetic customer service. I tried reaching out to their support team through both their website and their app. The first time, I received a generic, automated response stating: "Forwarded to specialist team Your ticket has been forwarded to the relevant team. We will get back to you as soon as possible. "Since that automated message, there has been absolute radio silence. No one has got back to me. To make matters worse, whenever I try to connect or send a message through their app now, it repeatedly fails with the error message: "failed to connect. Please try again." It honestly feels like they have intentionally switched off my connection or blocked my account after I reported a major technical issue. Save your hard-earned money and avoid this company. They sell an unreliable product and completely ghost you when it breaks down. Highly disappointed.
