Service Sucks
Sucks. Drivers cancel on a whim, and paying for priority delivery seems completely useless when your order can still get bounced around or delayed anyway. It doesn't help that support is NOT HELPFUL at all. You have to go through a dumb virtual responder twice before they route you to an actual person. I really wish there were other decent options available because the service has gotten incredibly frustrating.
