Alibaba Keeps Responding Publicly, but My Compliance Appeal Remains Unresolved
Alibaba Keeps Responding Publicly, but My Compliance Appeal Remains Unresolved
I am documenting my experience with Alibaba.com regarding a serious dispute involving supplier Cangzhou Huaye Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd.
1. Technical discrepancies remain unresolved
I submitted evidence concerning significant differences between the advertised L3-100 Pioneer configuration and the lower-specification L2-100, including vehicle detection and movable spray-arm functionality. I requested an independent review of the supplier’s technical representations and commercial documents.
2. Alibaba’s representative promised continued follow-up
On October 6, 2026, customer service representative Kim confirmed in writing that submitting a duplicate report would not negatively affect the review and stated that she would continue following up until the matter was resolved.
I subsequently clarified that I had already submitted the new report and appeal and was not requesting another duplicate complaint.
3. My appeal is still pending
* Report: #1702611
* Appeal: #1924201
* Previous Report: #1639401
* Previous Appeal: #1854602
The current appeal has remained pending since September 29, 2026, without a substantive written decision.
I also contacted Alibaba’s customer service on October 12 and October 16 seeking a clear status update.
4. Repeated public responses have not resolved the problem
Alibaba has repeatedly replied to my Trustpilot reviews by directing me to the same support link. In my attempts, the escalation link redirected to an error page and did not provide a working route to the requested review.
I have explained this problem and requested a functional alternative and confirmation that my existing evidence is being reviewed together.
What I am asking Alibaba to do:
1. Confirm that Appeal #1924201 is assigned to the appropriate compliance review team.
2. Provide a reasoned written decision addressing the technical evidence.
3. Clarify what happened to the promised follow-up from Kim.
4. Provide a working escalation channel instead of repeatedly directing me to a link that has failed in my attempts.
I am not asking for another apology or another duplicate complaint. I am asking for a transparent investigation and a substantive written response.
A public reply is not the same as resolving a customer’s complaint. Alibaba should demonstrate that its complaint-handling process delivers meaningful outcomes, not just repeated assurances.

Alibaba Responds Publicly but Senior Compliance Case #1702611 Remains Under Headquarters Human Audit
Alibaba Responds Publicly but My Technical Compliance Appeal Remains Unresolved
How can a global B2B marketplace repeatedly respond to public reviews while a documented technical compliance appeal remains pending without a substantive decision?
I am reporting my experience with Alibaba.com concerning verified supplier Cangzhou Huaye Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd.
1. Serious Technical Discrepancies
The L3-100 Pioneer was represented with advanced vehicle detection and moving spray arms adapting to vehicle width. Supplier documentation and subsequent communications introduced conflicting configurations, including the lower-specification L2-100 and LM360 MINI.
I submitted technical catalogs, quotations, proforma invoices, and communications requesting independent verification.
2. Conflicting Supplier Representations
John Lee participated in commercial negotiations and issued documentation associated with the supplier. Subsequent statements questioned his relationship with the company. I also reported offensive WhatsApp communications attributed to him.
I requested verification of the supplier’s responsibility for these representations.
3. Repeated Customer Service Responses Without Resolution
I communicated with Alibaba representatives Ryan, Raito, and Kim.
Kim advised me to submit another report and stated that duplicate complaints would not affect the review. However, my existing appeal remained pending.
Despite follow-up emails dated October 12 and 16, I received no substantive determination.
4. Broken Escalation Link
Alibaba repeatedly responded to my Trustpilot reviews by directing me to its ai.alimebot support link.
I had already reported that this link redirected me to an error.taobao page and failed to provide a usable resolution channel in my attempts.
Yet Alibaba publicly repeated the same link instead of addressing the documented technical issues.
5. Appeal Still Pending
Current Report: #1702611
Current Appeal: #1924201
Previous Report: #1639401
Previous Appeal: #1854602
The current appeal has remained pending since September 29, 2026, with no substantive written decision as of October 21.
I have also submitted a formal escalation requesting independent human compliance review.
My Questions to Alibaba’s Management:
Why has no substantive decision been provided?
Who is responsible for independently reviewing the technical evidence?
How does Alibaba ensure that its commercial relationships with paying suppliers do not compromise the impartiality of complaint investigations?
Why do public responses repeatedly direct buyers to a previously reported non-working link?
I am not requesting another automated apology or generic customer service response.
I am requesting accountability, transparent procedures, independent examination of the evidence, and a reasoned written determination.
Alibaba’s credibility should be measured not only by its public responses, but by how effectively it investigates documented complaints against suppliers.

Consolidated Compliance Summary
I request a senior human review of the following connected inconsistencies concerning Cangzhou Huaye / Huaye Zhike:
1. Product specifications: L3-100 Pioneer was presented with 3D/ultrasonic detection and spray-arm movement according to vehicle width, while L2-100 is documented as a different configuration. Huaye/ZK catalogues also show different specifications for L3-100 and L3-200. كتلوك هنري .pdf
2. Model identity: John Lee presented LM360 Mini, while Kevin Lou stated in writing that “LM360 is I4-100 type, not L3-200pro.” Please verify the official relationship between LM360 Mini, I4-100, L3-200 and L3-200 Pro.
3. Commercial documents: Different quotations, prices, model names and configurations were provided, including an L3-100 Pioneer offer and a later PI identifying LM360 MINI. Please verify which exact model and specification were actually offered.
4. Representative authority: John Lee presented himself through Alibaba as Director of Huaye and issued quotations/PI, while another Huaye representative later described him as an external Chinese trader. Please verify his actual relationship and authorization.
5. Corporate / patent documentation: Patent documents are associated with Cangzhou Zhike and identify Liu Shaobo as inventor, while corporate documents identify Cangzhou Huaye and Liu Shaobo. Please verify the corporate relationship and relevance of these documents. I am not alleging patent infringement.
6. CE documentation: The submitted certificate TTC-22-2305/01/01 lists Huaye and L3-100 among the covered models, with expiry shown as 22 May 2027. I am not claiming it is expired. Please verify its scope and whether the specific L3-100 Pioneer configuration represented to me is covered.
Relevant history: Report #1639401 / Appeal #1854602; current Report #1702611 / Appeal #1924201.
I request one consolidated factual review of the existing evidence and a clear written determination, rather than treating these issues as separate complaints.

Alibaba PR team sent a broken link
Alibaba senior PR team provided a broken investigation link (ai.alimebot) that routes to an error page inside China (error.taobao). This is a formal appeal under active Case #1702611 and Appeal #1924201 against the factory "Cangzhou Huaye". I demand an independent human compliance audit into their structural technical discrepancies, dynamic L3-100 Pioneer specifications, utility patent misrepresentations, and expired Turkish CE certificates to protect global trade safety.

Alibaba Trade Assurance covers up engineering fraud and invalid CE certificates
Alibaba’s Trade Assurance system has failed to protect international purchasers and is actively covering up severe industrial and technical misrepresentation executed by the verified supplier: "Cangzhou Huaye Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd."
I submitted definitive engineering logs and official chat transcripts proving a textbook bait-and-switch operation regarding the high-end L3-100 Pioneer Touchless Car Wash machine layout. The supplier utilized certified utility patents and premium specifications on their official storefront to secure the contract, only to downgrade the setup to a lower fixed-arm L2-100 configuration while attempting out-of-platform pricing manipulations under corporate stamps.
Furthermore, the supplier openly displays an invalid, expired Turkish CE Safety Certificate (Integra96, lapsed since May 2023) to mislead buyers regarding high-voltage machinery compliance. Despite providing absolute evidence under Active Case #1702611, Historical Case #1639401, and Appeal #1924201, Alibaba's compliance handling remains a bureaucratic circle designed to exhaust the buyer instead of blacklisting fraudulent facilities.
My capital remains 100% safe inside my own possession (Active deposit balance is exactly Zero 0.00 USD), proving I am not seeking cheap refunds. I am writing this to alert global enterprise buyers that Alibaba’s security protocols are a marketing illusion. Marketplace integrity is compromised when the platform prioritizes uncertified village workshops over international buyer safety.
