289782878501023930⚠️ ADVERTENCIA: ALIBABA NO HACE VÁLIDA LA GARANTÍA TRADE ASSURANCE CON LA EMPRESA KUNBA ⚠️ Comparto mi experiencia con el vendedor JACKSON KIM de la empresa KUNBA / WENZHOU KUNBA MACHINERY CO., LTD. tras comprar una MÁQUINA EMPAQUETADORA AL VACÍO DZ-400: • El vendedor mintió: Pagué por el producto desde el 7 de febrero con envío DDP (Entrega hasta mi domicilio). El paquete NUNCA me fue entregado. El vendedor JACKSON KIM MINTIÓ ante Alibaba asegurando que yo "interferí con la entrega" y que no quise contestar, para así quedarse con el dinero de manera injusta. • Ocultaron la paquetería: Pasé 6 meses pidiendo el nombre de la paquetería local en México y un número de guía real, pero jamás me dieron el nombre de la empresa ni un recibo oficial de seguimiento. No nos dieron nombre de paquetería ni nada. • Alibaba no cumple su garantía (Trade Assurance): La mediación de Alibaba no me hizo válida la protección Trade Assurance y rompió sus propias reglas de un envío DDP (donde el vendedor es el único responsable de que el paquete llegue a tu puerta). • Trampas en la mediación: En lugar de exigirle pruebas al vendedor, la mediación me presionaba a mí diciendo que si no marcaba a unos números de teléfono externos no me iban a ayudar porque "no estaba cooperando". Me obligaban a hablar por fuera de la plataforma con números donde ocultaban el nombre de la paquetería y nunca daban información real. Al final, cerraron el caso a favor del vendedor sin pedirle un ticket oficial firmado por mí. Tengan mucho cuidado con JACKSON KIM y la empresa KUNBA. The package WAS NEVER DELIVERED. The seller, JACKSON KIM, LIED to Alibaba, claiming that I "interfered with the delivery" and refused to answer calls, using this as an excuse to unfairly keep the money. • They hid the courier information: I spent 6 months asking for the name of the local courier in Mexico and a real tracking number, but they never provided the company name or an official tracking receipt. They gave absolutely no courier name or details. • Alibaba failed to honor its Trade Assurance: Alibaba's mediation failed to make the Trade Assurance protection valid and broke its own rules regarding DDP shipping (where the seller is solely responsible for ensuring the package arrives at your door). • Mediation traps: Instead of demanding proof from the seller, the mediation pressured me, saying that if I didn't call certain external phone numbers, they wouldn't help me because I was "not cooperating." They forced me to communicate outside the platform using phone numbers where they hid the courier's identity and never gave real information. In the end, they closed the case in favor of the seller without requiring an official delivery receipt signed by me. Be very careful with JACKSON KIM and the KUNBA company. They do not deliver, they lie about the shipping status, and Alibaba's Trade Assurance does not work to protect your money
