alibaba doesnt make sure that alibaba can ensure that everything can be deliver to customers, if there will be extra payment for the shipment make sure you will be the line of communication as well
alibaba doesnt make sure that the customer can received their goods properly, they dont have a control on the delivery of the items they keep on saying its according to the customs which they should be the one assisting the customers and contacting the customs and rely to the customers the fee to avoid scam but unfortunately they will let you deal and wonder with that. kind of problem
