Excellent and very helpful customer support
Excellent and very helpful customer support I contacted SunFounder’s support team as part of my Jugend forscht research project because I needed 3D models of the PiDog for my work. The support team responded quickly and was very friendly and helpful. Although they did not have a dedicated CAD/URDF model available, they provided me with an existing 3D model that is a very useful starting point for my project. I especially appreciated that they took the time to respond to my specific request and support me with my student research project.
