Return policy is a joke
I’ve ordered 3 different models and all were too small. The refund process is a joke. The company tries to convince you to resell shoes to your friends rather that send them back. If you refuse, they ask for photos and try to discourage you from returning them by saying it’s so expensive (a lie!). I still haven’t received my refund (posted shoes by Royal mail over 2 weeks ago). No communication from the customer service. Avoid Hobibear! Very suspicious company!
