Bus delay 2:30 hrs
This is to share my concern, i have booked the bus for todays journey 2nd oct 2026 from delhi to haridwar Bus was scheduled to be start at 6:30 AM. Since all communications and mails which was sent by redbus shared the same time as 6:30. Actual departure happened at 8: 40AM (2:30 hrs late) There was no prior information or communication regarding the same. This left me helpless as i cannot cancel or board another bus due to lack of communication thru your office. The same complaint i have also done thru your helpline but they were helpless and their only solution was to provide 15% cashback
