The unboxing experience was lovely — the dress came wrapped in tissue paper with a cute sticker. It felt like a gift to myself. The dress itself was well-made, with nice attention to detail on the buttons and lace. My only real complaint is the tracking. It didn’t update for over a week, which made me nervous. I contacted customer service and they reassured me it was in transit, but I wish the tracking was more reliable. It eventually arrived about 2.5 weeks after ordering. The fit was true to size for me, and the fabric was comfortable. I’d recommend Lacemade for their designs and quality, but be prepared for a bit of a wait and don’t panic if tracking stalls.
