Piece if deadweight on kitchen counter
My machine has been sitting dead since last 6 months customer care is horrible and has been misleading in issuing a replacement. Now simplistic emails are also bouncing back. Absolutely worse customer support team and leadership team. Stay away from Rotimatic next. No reposted, no resolution, no communication for 6 months and very poor reliability of the machine
