UPDATE. Asked multiple times for refund
UPDATE... "Nice reply from Longer on trustpilot, but no personal reply when i mailed them again. It's just a reply to make it look like they reply. The kickstarter is over and they refer to Longer Support. They have 2 e-mail adresses. No reply whatsoever in months. Be warned!!! Will make a review on my youtube channel soon to show my mails and their "customer support" that does not exist. Will keep you guys updated. Matthijs Houtman. Original post: Asked multiple times for refund. Product has not been sent and no updates from longer themselves. Refunds of cancellation is something what they do not want, so think twice before order. Getting money back is a pain, i don' t understand why this review is needed, but they will not respond. Multiple mails already sent, very dissapointing, will update how they deal with it.
