I’ve been incredibly impressed with this company—not only with the product, but especially with the level of customer service I received. I initially experienced an issue with the battery pack for my 4D face mask, and their team responded promptly and sent me an updated replacement. When I later had a concern with the mask itself, they handled that just as seamlessly. They asked for a few photos and videos to better understand the issue, and once they reviewed them, they immediately worked to make things right. They sent me a replacement mask along with an updated battery pack, charger, and everything needed, beautifully packaged in a new box. What stood out most was that there was never any pushback, defensiveness, or unnecessary back-and-forth. Their communication was timely, professional, and genuinely customer-focused. They listened, gathered the information they needed, and rectified the situation. That level of service is increasingly rare. Problems can happen with any product, but I believe the true measure of a company is how it responds when they do—and this company exceeded my expectations. When a business genuinely puts its customers first and stands behind its products, it builds the kind of trust that makes you want to remain a customer.
