Scammers
Scammers. I returned my order over a month ago, but I still haven’t received my refund. The only thing you keep telling me is that the parcel I sent 40 days ago hasn’t reached your warehouse. I paid an extra £15 for tracked and signed delivery myself, so I can track the return. When I placed my order, it arrived in just four days. How can a parcel take more than a month to reach your warehouse? I’ve tried to resolve this, but I’m still waiting for the money I’m owed. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I would warn others to think carefully before ordering from this company.
