I tried many
I tried many, many, many times to reset my password. It kept asking me for my email address. Then said I had an account. Tried to log in to reset it but kept taking me back to log and varify it. This is not acceptable. If I had an account some time ago & I can’t find it then it should let me create a new account. I wasted a lot of my time when it should have been simple!
