troubleshooting help
Less that a year ago, we purchased 3 sets of lights. They have worked well until just recently and they quit. The company sent a detailed list, actually two different ones, for us to troubleshoot. After trying everything on the list, still no lights. Customer service was very helpful and has assured us they will send us a new power adapter. Hopefully, we'll get that in plenty of time for the holiday season.
