I completed the payment via PayPal, and the money was immediately deducted from my account. However, I received no order confirmation, no order number, and no information about my purchase. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the reliability of this online store. After placing my order, I discovered numerous negative reviews from other customers reporting delivery problems, poor customer service, and difficulties obtaining refunds.
