Worst customer service I have experienced. Due to a negligence in their instructions my mask was damaged. Their CS deemed it a human mistake and refused to help me, even though they admitted that the instructions were unclear. Then they promised to get back to me in 24 hours after escalation and shocker they never did, I would NEVER use this company plenty of quality companies out their with the same product.
