Digi’s Customer Service and Internet Is a joke
Digi’s Customer Service and Internet Plan Need Serious Improvement One of the worst telecommunications experiences I have ever had. My line was down for two days, which meant I was paying for a service I could not properly use. When I tried to contact customer service to resolve the issue, I struggled to reach an actual representative. Each time, I heard the same message: “Our lines are busy" . I called the previous day and was told to wait another one or two hours. I Getting through to a real person at Digi was extremely frustrating. I had to navigate an automated system, wait several minutes, press multiple buttons, and go through several steps just to try to speak with someone who could help. I do not want to speak only to an automated bot. I want to speak to a human representative who can properly assist me. I was also disappointed with the so-called unlimited internet plan. I was paying around RM40 every month, only to learn that the plan apparently had a usage cap. If there are limits or restrictions, they should be clearly explained when the plan is advertised. When I contacted customer service, I was told there was a cap. Even the unlimited hotspot , ALSO HAS A CAP . This was confusing and frustrating because the plan had been presented as unlimited. Overall, I felt very disappointed. I was paying for a service, my line was unavailable for two days, I could not reach customer service, and the internet plan had restrictions I was not expecting. The most frustrating part was the customer service. Network problems can happen with any provider, but customers should be able to reach support when something goes wrong. Because of this experience, I switched to U Mobile, and my family members have switched as well. Digi has lost several paying customers as a result. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Digi to others. I hope the company improves its customer service, provides clearer information about plan limits, and makes it easier for customers to reach a human representative. I will not be returning to Digi.
