Do yourself a favor and buy any other 3d printer than one from Creality. Their support is absolutely awful I called support and was hung up on 15 times. Not to mention I opened a support ticket online sent everything they asked for than a week later I got an email saying the ticket was closed due to lack of response?? I was waiting for a response from them not the other way around. I know their printer may look attractive because of price but trust me you're better off spending a little more and getting better support (or any support) if something ever goes wrong. I wish I could give them zero stars because it would be more appropriate
