I use Grab in Bali almost every day and am a ‘VIP’ whatever that means. Almost every second time I order food delivery the drivers ask for 50,000 tip and lie about the traffic. I actually live in Bali and not a tourist. There are many drivers trying to take advantage of foreigners in this App. As soon as I let the drivers know this or reply that I only tip for service they cancel. But another driver is allocated so I take a screenshot of the tip I give to the new driver and send it to the cancelled driver so he knows what I tip for service.
