Missing Item, No compensation, no return
They didn’t sealed the package right, so you could basically take shirts out of the bag. Anyway the fit of the two delivered shirts weren’t right and I requested the instructions to send it back… They didn’t accept that because the shipping fee is to expensive for them. In the meantime I waited for an answer about the missing shirt. I am quite suspicious that they never added it, because the package bag was so tight/small you couldn’t placed a third shirt in. In the end I ended up with 2 out of 3 items. And a 20% refund on the missing shirt, which is also not the deal I made with them. They ensured me 20% on the whole order instead of resending the package back to them. Plus I never got the money for the missing one back. And nevertheless I mostly mailed with Bots, which made the communication really difficult.
