I have had nothing but great experiences from Elegoo! I was asked to fill this out after speaking with support about some coupon questions. I received prompt responses and courteous service. I own 2 Centauri Carbon, one emoji combo and one regular combo. Both are close to 400 hours and running great! They have been a wonderful addition to our small business. I am actually in the process of trying to become an ambassador and spread the word around campus! I'm also working with our fabrication lab at the school and debating picking up a resin printer, and I've had fantastic help. I know the school has recently ordered and received their Saturn 4 16ks, so I'm excited to see what their thoughts are!
