Order placed 9/11/2026 Delivered to trash/recycling area 10/12
Order placed 9/11/2026. Followed up with LightInTheBox on 10/05 because there was NO COMMUNICATION or Delivery. Then on 10/12: Here is my tracking number: Tracking # YWE00001569761395 Again, 1. my package was left in an unsecured area and stolen or mistaken for trash, because all units trash and recycling bins are in back at the garage entrance. Trash was picked up 10/12 at 7 AM. 2. We NEVER get packages delivered at the garages. There is no door bell, no security camera, etc. 3. WHY didn't you deliver it to MY FRONT DOOR!!??? I mentioned the doorbell camera on my front door on 10/05!! And today!! 4. The neighbors DO NOT HAVE THE PACKAGE. IF YOU DID LEAVE IT THERE, UNSECURED, IT WAS STOLEN or taken with the trash. 5. You never sent a delivery notice. And no pictures sent until my inquiry today!! IF I had a noticed sent to my email of the delivery, I MAY have checked for it in back!! LightInTheBox be hearing from my CC company and the BBB. I will NEVER do business with them again. Period.
