Bought a transmission from a seller on their platform now remember this I’ll explain later to sell on their platform they say they send someone to ensure the company is what they say they are and fits their platform. They also say that if they side with the public in a dispute the seller will be punished yes punished. So I paid to have it rebuilt with a master kit best of the best. Shipping was good, problem 1, installed transmission it did not build oil pressure. I had to remove the transmission turned out the pump had the wrong gear set inside the pump. It had one thick gear and one thin gear which the oil just bled off over the thin gear. They told me to install my old pump which I refused and they sent me a replacement pump. After replacing the pump the transmission pumped oil but is making banging noises inside making it a worthless piece of junk. Now the seller says because I replaced the pump it’s my fault. Think about it they said install my old pump then sent be a replacement pump. Was I to wait for one of their employees to come change it out. The seller has no intention to warranty their work and Alibaba well let’s say it’s like the government as far as figuring out how to contact alibaba and not the seller. Then there’s the 10 days you have to claim and being over seas it’s not as simple as they make it seem. The seller looked like they were going to work fixing the issue but instead they knew what they were doing to protect their back. Then they have in writing for warranty it’s like you need to go to a lawyer just to get warranty before purchase then to claim warranty they want you to get shops to check out, test and get a complete written statement to send them. Anyone using Alibaba you better hope everything works as it should because you’ll wish you bought elsewhere. Here’s the thing they are asking me to reach out lol what a joke i have a few hours into dealing with their AI help and each time you go back it’s a new season and they can’t find the old one. Early this morning I gave them two hours after them saying they’d be right back after dealing with it and nothing. They are just waiting for you to get tired and leave and eventually give up. What A joke of a company. You notice the response they left to get in touch if you actually get it right it’ll lead right back to where I started. But hey it looks like they reached out doesn’t it.
