I purchased a Roaring 20's Retro Vintage Outfit that arrived late and was not used for the event. I have tried several times to return the item. However, I have not been able to do so due to the email on the account is no longer valid and when I called no one will update it so that I may complete a return request. Now, I am out $70 for something that arrived late and will never be used. This site is not user friendly when you need to make changes to an account no one is willing to assist you, but they will sure take your money. You just responded to this comment telling me to login into the account with an invalid email and unknown password ???? And no way to respond to that comment ????
