Worst experience ever with Red bus, Himalayan nomad KTC…
As we have to board the bus from Kashmere gate on 4th of October at 9:15, we called our conductor mins before to confirm the bus number. He stated that the bus is been cancelled but there was not yet any cancellation email not from Himalayan nomad not from the Red bus. Even according to the Red bus whatsapp service the bus is about to come they were sending tracker infos but there was no bus. Me n my friend being both girl at that time when we have been informed by some conductor that the bus has being cancelled at the last moment while asking the reason he deliberately hung the call with no explanation, by calling him again he didn't care to respond which is such a irresponsibility and carelessness! The issue hasn't been resolved yet, no amount is being refunded to me yet. It clearly stated that I have being scammed by Himalayan nomad KTC bus. I would like to request all the people who are going to book bus from Red Bus please avoid Himalayan nomad KTC for your trip just to be safe n secure from such fraudster bus operators. Red bus should have to look upto this matter, and feature the legitimate bus operators. Girls being alone at night in bus stands like Kashmere gate, Delhi which isn't safe at all due to such irresponsible bus operators we have to suffer alot. I just hope No other girl has to go through what I have been felt yesterday. Here below mentioning the details which I have been given through Red bus for which no one has taken accountability.
