Very Poor Service – MS Transport My family travelled from Kumbakonam to Kayalpattinam, but the bus refused to stop at Kayalpattinam and continued to Tiruchendur. The bus operator, who can be contacted at +91 99446 70811, gave various excuses, including bus height restrictions, and claimed that the bus could not enter Kayalpattinam. He also said he had not informed the driver to stop there. This caused great inconvenience to my family. The incident has raised serious concerns about unfair treatment and possible religious discrimination against the Muslim community. I urge RED BUS to investigate this matter and take appropriate action against MS Transport. TN49CS1465 Extremely disappointing experience. I would not recommend this operator.
