This company is out of Singapore
This company is out of Singapore. Their products are good to appoint but their website their app is nothing but a joke. I tried to return something today. It took me two hours to figure out that I was gonna get screwed. Just answers is a subscription thing they charge you $47 a month for it and that’s where LightInTheBox told me to go to get the information I needed! Do not have anything to do with LightInTheBox. Period. Period. Period.! It’s not a scam. It’s just impossible to get anything honest.(are we surprised from China) America is not friends with China and this girl here isn’t friends with China. Please I beg you do not have anything to do with LightInTheBox. It is a scam probably and it definitely is a lousy site to get returns on and to get the help that you need. They continually go around in a circle until they have you going to just answers. Just answers is probably not a problem, but you’re gonna pay for it every month unless you can put in a card and then cancel your card after you get your answer then you can get your money back. That’s what I did about a month ago because I didn’t realize they were charged me $47. 00 My bank today turned them down because they’re from Singapore after I called I found out from my bank that they turned it down because it’s from Singapore! I hope this helps some other sap that falls for the crap that LightInTheBox tries to sell you and also just answers! Linda L
