I found moon magic about 5 years ago and fell in love. A specific raw moonstone set caught my eye so me and my husband purchased it. (I dont remember the exact price but it was quite expensive) The ring was beyond beautiful but after a year or so, the main stone fell out while I was out of the house and I didn't notice until I was home and there was no chance of finding it. I was so upset and thought maybe it was possible it was my fault because I wore it every single day. We ended up purchasing the exact full set for a second time. I was definitely more careful the second time around and made sure to not wear it when sleeping, showering, etc. which did make it last longer but once again the main stone fell out and I wasn't able to locate it. I emailed Moon Magic explaining all of this. They asked for proof of purchase and photographs. I provided the photos as well as the email address used when I purchased the first ring, but my husband purchased it the second time and he has had numerous emails and we aren't able to find the one he used when purchasing this item. Because of this, moon magic responded saying its been too long and since we cant locate the second proof of purchase they are essentially disregarding my situation. I have spent years referring people to this company and singing their praises, but the way they have responded to this has made me lose any and all love I have for moon magic and their products. I have other pieces of jewelry from them that I dont even care to wear anymore. I understand policies and that a refund may not be an option but the fact that I have been a long time repeat customer and they couldn't show even an once of remorse or compassion tells me they are a company I dont want to stand behind. If you are in need of a beautiful piece of jewelry that will fall apart after 1-2 years of use then this company is for you! Otherwise, I recommend going with one of the many other companies that offer similar products. Very disappointed
